501(c)(3) Non-Profit, Tax-Exempt Organization, as described in section
170(b)(1)(A)(vi) and 501 (a)(1).
Donors
may deduct contributions as provided in section 170 of The Internal Revenue
Code, subject to the limits of the tax law.
